Prevent Problems! Prepare for Emergency!
Course Contents:
| Academic | 4 classroom sessions | Develop knowledge about Stress Management and Self Rescue, Diving First-Aid, Managing an Emergency and Equipment problems. |
| Pool | Optional | One pool session will be included if group size is more than 4 students |
| Open Sea | 5 sessons in 2 days | Practice rescue skills at the surface and under water. Artificial ventilations and egressing a diver out of the water and how to manage an accident scenario. |
| Emergency First Responder | 6-8 hours over 2 days | Primary and Secondary assessments, Cardio-Pulminary Resuscitation(CPR), Injury Assessment, Control of Bleeding, Fractures, Choking and lots more to learn in aiding an injured person. |
Emergency First Responder (EFR) is not diving related but can be useful in diving situations. Cardio-Pulminary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic First-Aid are taught.
These courses are all done locally in Singapore only.

The rescue training can help you increase your awareness of your dive surroundings and prevent problems from happening therefore increasing your diving safety. It is strongly recommended for all divers. It could also help you save a life.
